The objective of the meeting is to discuss on the following items:
a. Monthly collection
b. Activities
c. Vision and Mission

2.Monthly Collection
As agreed between committees, the monthly collection will be as follows:
a. Non-Exec – RM 5
b. Assistant Manager – RM 10
c. Manager – RM 20
d. AGM – RM 30
e. GM – RM 50
Other source of income:
a. Monthly movie marathon/ screening – to collect RM 2 per person
b. Kedai Bakit – to be discussed further

3. 1903 Activities

Tentative activities schedule:
a. Potluck will be held every last week of the month (B’day celebration + Gifts for newborn and newly wed, Seasonal celebration)
